These terms describe the permitted use of BBK RPS public, participant, recruiter, and administrative workflows.

BBK Research Participant Solutions LLC provides administrative recruitment support that helps connect interested individuals with authorized research organizations.
BBK RPS does not provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, determine clinical eligibility, obtain study informed consent, or enroll any person into a clinical trial. Those responsibilities remain with the Research Site and Principal Investigator.
Participant accounts
- Participants and authorized parents or legal guardians are responsible for using their own account credentials.
- Information submitted through BBK RPS should be accurate and should not include unnecessary medical records, government IDs, insurance details, or sensitive documents unless a future approved workflow specifically requests them.
- A participant may be associated with more than one research opportunity over time.
Recruiter and organization access
Recruiter and organization access is limited to authorized workflows and approved Site or organization scope. Payment for services does not provide broad access to the BBK RPS participant database.
Communications
BBK RPS may use email, phone calls, and, when separately accepted, SMS/text messages for administrative coordination. SMS consent is optional and may be withdrawn through standard opt-out instructions.
Platform changes
BBK RPS may update these terms as the platform matures. Material updates will be reflected by the last updated date on this page.
