BBK RPS limits participant information to authorized operational workflows for research recruitment support.
Last updated: September 15, 2026Limited use
BBK RPS uses participant contact and referral information for administrative recruitment coordination, participant portal access, referral routing, authorized Site follow-up, security, auditing, and support.
BBK RPS does not sell participant records and does not provide broad database access to recruiters, sponsors, CROs, or research organizations.
Information we handle
- Public intake and participant portal contact details, such as name, email, phone, ZIP code, preferred language, and research opportunity reference.
- Administrative referral status, contact attempts, consent records, communication preferences, and audit records.
- Account, authentication, security, and operational records needed to run the platform.
Sharing and access
Access is role-based and scoped by organization, Site, and authorized workflow. Recruiters may see only the referrals assigned to their approved Site or client scope.
Data minimization
Exports and reports should include only fields required for the approved workflow. Logs, audit trails, pre-screen answers, notes, and unnecessary clinical details are not included in recruiter CSV exports.
Your choices
Participants may update contact information and communication preferences through the participant portal when those tools are available. Future research permission and SMS/text message consent are separate choices.
